As the upcoming presidential election draws closer, certain voters see the candidates a little differently. ”Obama? How can you support an Illinois lawyer with only two Years of experience in national office?” The older voter is concerned that Senator Obama has not spent enough time in a national office and is not yet prepared to be the president. “Oh, it worked out pretty well last time.” The younger voter is shown as being naïve, only seeing that America is still is own nation, but may not know the actual crisis the country is in; she thinks that everything will stay alright no mater who is in office. Some voters are looking at the candidate’s backgrounds, while others are just looking at them as another president; the upcoming election is one for the history and all of the voters should really take into consideration who they REALLY want to win, and not be so naïve.
